I used to go there couple times a year in the old days, the sashimi is usually not that fresh on Friday mostly because of the stock piling up from the previous week.

I don't visit LYK everyday, and may miss some thread.
Quite a few places I know would deliver and loan you the
cleaver and wooden container. Or you may ask them to chop
up the pig then place in the container which I prefer.
Le Roy in Chinatown supplies 50+ Chinese restaurants and
BBQ shops, Dollars Meat & BBQ Shop etc. just to name a few.

真係唔知
除非係超難食，or else "really really good" and "good" are pretty much the same to me lol

that's why i didn't try the sushi when I was visiting tsukiji in japan.......
