This show us how good Yao Ming was. Every game the opposing team would double team Yao as he is the target. The whole game plan was centered on stopping Yao from scoring. But Yao managed to overcome this special attention.
All the other teams are now trapping Jeremy Lin, even if that means his teammates will be open. He needs to step up and adapt his game for this.
Maybe Jeremy Lin has already hit the rookie wall in this season. The true test will come next season when the other teams have more chance to study his game.
But remember Durant and Rose weren't that good in their first year. John Wall is still average.
It's a learning process. Afterall the media is hyping him up too much and we as supporters have too much expectation on him. He will get better when he face the same kind of defense like tonight.
