[中餐館] 打冷宵夜 long, midnight, summer, closed, opened

I am going to Vancouver from the States for summer break soon :) Any good 打冷宵夜 places?  I heard that 新東記 has closed, what about 九記?  Havent been to Vancouver for a long time so wondering what's out there!  Looking for places that are opened till midnight!

Well.. there are two:
One beside T&T in Richmond, Across Aberdeen

The other is behind Aberdeen facing #3 road.

Isn't 鳳鳴 closed already and now become 'lone wong bao chi'?  Or is there a new 鳳鳴?

I think the one rainbow-davie mentioned (beside Richmond T&T) is called Hou Lok Restaurant (陶樂海鮮粥麵食館). Both 鳳鳴 & 龍皇鮑翅 are still in business, they're just own by the same boss (I think).

因為我次次都係晚飯時間去

    yes.. 陶樂.. always forget the name.  just remember that if you order $20. you get plain congee or beef congee. lol

the other one behind Aberdeen is good for the Herbal Drunk Chicken. lol
