So 龍崗雞 produced by farms in Hong Kong should not be called 龍崗雞.

I doubt there is any farm in HK for commercial nowadays.  All products are from big 6.  

Don't know why but chicken in HK and China is so much better than here, even with the same breed.

I think they are cross breed from Canadian chicken, not imported.So not comparable to the one from HK , TW or China

That is not true at all. Hong Kong still produce lots of poultry locally.
