Actually ... I have no idea what 達人 means...
My Dad LOVES to give Sees candy as gift. There's Sees Candies store in HK too, but of course way more expensive (almost double the price).
This one he especially loves:

But for regular chocolate, I found it on the sweet side ... even dark chocolate.

US Costco actually sells set of two 1lb chocolate voucher for ~$27, a saving about $3 per pound. And I just get those voucher from Costco @ exit 229 then go to the Sees Candy store opposite the other side of the street to get my chocolate.

I love chocolate but I never think "See's" is famous for their chocolate. It's like a candy company and some people like to get souvenirs from them. That's about it.
