btw, have you ever heard of a dish named 海王脆皮炸豆腐??? it was served at 方太小廚 (in
旺角/太子)  ages ago....i couldn't find the recipe on internet....

I make them  with  Vietnamese rice paper, so you can eat the wrappers as well
