Brand New even though box is opened.

Was going to install it and figured out my motherboard's all sata slots are full already so no other spaces for me to put another hdd.
Bought it in the states with the price of $140.00USD so I won't be able to refund it.

The box is opened but the harddrive is still sealed.  Pictures are attached.

I see, here's the spec for your potential buyer. The drive you are selling is the SATA2 with 32MB cache.
