Free stuff for sure no, but keep in mind that you can buy Hulu and Netflix US gift card at least 15% less than retail on eBay, it's a good way to pay for the service without using credit card.
Even for Hulu and Netflix, their biggest restriction is that the newest TV shows can only be broadcast the day after, so if you are following something, you either torrent it or wait a day.
