They are chains in HK, Taiwan, and many other places in Asian. I think they are at NYC as well.
But if they are not from the chain, I hope they won't risk using the name unauthorized.
I DO love 味千 in Hong Kong. But the one here...besides pricey (which is expected), the noodle is served lukwarm and just like not cooked...too bad... never go back and do expect it will fold...
ok...went today and totally is not the one in HK!! We even believed that the owner is same as ajisen and they just changed the name. We ordered the house special beef noodle and a pork udon. IF you don't have any ramen expectation before you go in, u might find it ok. Not worth the trip.
