Recently shopped at Norsdorm online. Actually bought a winter coat in the late November.
But some how the coat has a weird strap inside. But I was all busy in December and also got sick so I just put it aside.
And I thought about that coat now I really want to return it but seeing it bought so long ago, I thought there is no chance.
Still I make a call to the customer service line. There is a person to pick up the call RIGHT AWAY, and speaking very politely.
I explained the situation. And she said it's actually OK to return. The best part, they paid shipping too. I just need to drop off to post office.
So far, that's a great customer service experience! Norsdorm price is quite competitive too.

I'm about to drop off the package. Hope the refunding process goes smoothly too!

I shopped at Saks Fifth Avenue too. Both shipping is fast (I usually received the stuff within a week). Haven't tried return in Saks though.

Target and Walmart in US actually has 90 days return policy so this is not any different. Particular when Nordstrom is high-end so they will do anything.
