Outlook 2007 Outgoing e-mail Problem

Hey hey, is there any one using Outlook 2007 having the follow problem?
"None of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server."
I can receive, but I can't send e-mails out.  I've talked to the ISP, they said that they don't have problem over their end, but they do have few clients using Outlook 2007 having the same problem, however, all the other clients are running ok...(they said)

There's nothing wrong with the 2-mail when I was still using Outlook 2003... Are there some known issues of the Outlook from Microsoft?

Try to toggle outbound authentication (SMTP) on and off and see if it makes any difference.
