sorry to hear that, AAC. Fact is, it's very difficult to find a decent handyman in GVRD these days...citing that most of them are drive-by-nite (cash and run) deal, and their workmanship does not live up to my standards.
That's why I learned to do most of the things myself, and gain valuable knowledge from every work I've done.
