They usually have breakfast from 7am to 10:30, then lunch from 10:30 to 4:00, then dinner from 4 to 10.... We usually arrive at around 10:15, then sit sit sit, eat some fruit, then wait for them do change their food from breakfast stuff to lunch stuff.....

We don't do that for dinner as we don't want to eat at 4..  

Bellagio has more selection, but the selection and quality is not that good.... Wynn has fewer choices, but the food is REALLY good... They have fresh squeeze orange juice (I see them squeezing the oranges), really good steak, and good seafood, not just those "water boil then cold" seafood shrimp...
