我10月中係 ebay 買左部 ipod，等到宜家都未收倒。個seller 淨係收左錢之後話第二日會寄，就再都冇reply. 我已經同 ebay and paypal report左。跟住會點咧？paypal 有冇得退番錢噶？

Nowaday .. Canada custom ..   take forever la..  

Even buying some shampoo .. comestic ..  can take up to a month ..  

I just got my jewlery box last week .. after 6 week s ..

Yeah... even stuff from US can take up to 6 weeks, things from HK, even registered mail, takes 7weeks,  and if it's non-registered, dont' even expect it to come

That was because Christmas is coming and Canadian dollars were very strong.

I messaged/emailed the seller a few times, but he didn't reply at all.  I bought the  ipod on mid oct.  It's been 7 weeks already

Immediately call your credit card company and dispute that transaction through PayPal. Then your credit card company will send you some documents and you sign for them and send back.

The credit card company will tell you to talk to PayPal first, don't listen to them. Just tell the credit card company that you want to initiate a chargeback on a transaction. You need to provide the credit card company with the transaction # (check your online statement) and date so they think you know what you are doing.

I would cancel the transaction....it's peak season for the folks at the postal service...if you need it quickly don't go for ebay (even though you save a few bucks)

My best experience was my order came after I've received a chargeback.

Spend few bucks more and go for carrier service if you want to buy somethings online.  It's fast and more reliable.

I lost few things through Canada Post before.
