Any recommendation for florists for wedding? decor for wedding?

I am looking for florists for flowers for wedding (preferable in Richmond).  I hope to find something that has nice quality with reasonable price.

The florist in Parker Place is reasonable in price and quality is ok with that price

If you want better quality, go to http://www.beroses.ca/. This Korean lady does a frantistic job in my wedding. But her prices are a lot higher than that in Parker
