Where to get good manicure before wedding~?
is there a good store in Richmond to get too quality and reasonable price manicure before my wedding? i have short nails...and i heard there are some type of "gel" nails that looks really nice and natural and shiny....
i don't want the japanese type where you start glueing flowers, diamonds, 3D stuff on it.... |
