[日本料理] Nikuya meats

Have you tried their wagyu beef and how was it?

I only try the thin slices of wagu beef and they were really good. I pan fried a few and did sukiyaki for the rest.

i think the easiest & safest way is sukiyaki,
And i do want to try using a small cast iron pan with butter to pan fry the cubes, then lightly season with sea salt and black pepper,
