can i DRAIN COOLANT by myself?

u can always drain the coolant urself, but if dun bleed the cooling system right, or know how to observe u are getting it back to normal: u might experience serious overheating, which can cause serious engine damage...

it always looks easy to DIY, yet many times those DIYers will have missed out major stuff even during "just an oil change"; u might have saved a little bit of money but u could have ended up spending much more, just like gambling...

ur car is going straight doesn't mean the wheels are straight...

if wheels are \ \ then for sure it goes left, or / / then it goes right; if wheels are | \ it will still pull left, or | / it will still pull right...

yet if wheels are \  / or  /  \, the car will still seems to go straight but u will get uneven wear like others scenario

i think most shop charges about $40 to $50 for wheel alignment check, why paying over $100k for a machine that has to do free report? not to mention the repair and maintenance cost for that machine, labor for a mechanic to operate it!?

if you have a mechanic u trust, he can always go for a road test and tell u he "thinks" you will need it or not; without an actual report i can even tell u it's bullsh!t; yet that might be give u an idea...

have seen ppl who got so used to their car, to a point they didn't realize it's bad until the problem was mentioned and being fixed...

if you think you are mechanic, do whatever u "think"; if not, get someone u trust to do the work for ya ~ there has to be a reason why we had to go thru all those training and stuff, now it depends, IF you have found yours?
