[日本料理] any good Uni yet?

I thought Uni is in season around this time of the year, how come they still look so ugly at T&T/Emperor  supermarket?

My friend said HK has Uni imported from Canada.  haha... expensive too.

One of my friend works in the seafood co. said it's not in season now and they shipped UNI to Japan's Restaurant!

These uni are actually quite ugly. The texture is slimy. A piece of raw fish looks a lot better the uni. The fisherman in China eat this a lot traditionally.

uni is all season round.!!!
he used to have alot in store, but not anymore
