宜家我個B差不多一歲,個個都話佢個頭無咁扁, it takes time to correct.  I am thinking....it took her 6 months for her head to 偏一面, it may take another 6 months for another side.  Also, when baby is 7 month, he will turn his head both side while sleeping.  For my baby, she turns left more now and I guess that's how most babies do.  And one more thing is, high percentage of baby tends to favorite one side after they are born.  As long as you have checked that her neck muscle is alright (no torticollis), it will be fine!!  The physio told me babies' head shape can still be changed before they turn 2...so, long way to go!  Here is more information on torticollis http://www.bchealthguide.org/kba ... p22216spec/sec1.htm

If you are breast feeding, it should shrink fairly quickly.

For some women, it may take months for that process to complete. For my wife, it took her approx 3 mnths to go back to about 80% of what she was before (our son is now 10+mnths).

Remember this: be careful about having sex during breastfeeding for you don't know when you going to ovulate!~ Use protection if you don't want to bear a second child so soon. As soon as your breastfeeding stops, your period shall return to normal quickly.

(*  I just happened to know someone who, because of having sex during breastfeeding, was pregnant with their second child (unexpectedly)*).

Hmm I wonder if your son's sleep difficulty is related to the neck issue.  Maybe you can chat about that with the physiotherapist.

Just curious, does one of the exercises included tummy time on a ball?

I see.  Because tummy time on ball would offer more flexibilities than on the floor.  It's also a more gentle way to practice neck muscle, so that's why I asked.
