Who doesn't know the major population in HK is Chinese/Hongkongese? That's why we won't see "6 Chinese/Hongkongese killed in car accident" stuff like that.
You put up "white cops" is just due to your own bias but not reporting the fact. You can express your own feeling such as "I hate white people", "I hate rats", "I hate Mainlander"..... etc., then OK, we know you hate white people.. . But you can't make up any assumption like that without valid proof.

I doubt Toppy was came from HK. He/she doesn't sound like a HK people. I recommend Toppy to improve his/her writing in English before he yelled at those one who typed Chinese. Or at least, he/she should have a grammar check before he/she posts his/her thought.
