Yeah! Bad service!
I just went recently, forgot my disc card. They keep reminding us to bring it next time. But the "reminding" sounded like a "warning"! One waitress said that if we don't have the card, they can't give discount. Another said to bring back receipt in 7 days. When we were paying for the bill, the cashier said: "har chi nei dei nei ng goi gay duk daai card!". The first thing that came to our mind was: uh oh, we'd better not come next time without a card!. I said: "Ok, we just decided the last minute to have dinner here so we didn't bring it." She didn't respond to me or look at me! But seriously, what she said almost sounded like she discouraged customers from giving them business if they forget to bring the card! Their attitude is like it's a privilege and a favor they are doing for you when you come for food!
Well, the hotpot for 2 ppl without discount came to $60xx plus jung yiu sau hei! With that money, I can go for a better dinner elsewhere for better food and service lor! It's too bad that I really like hotpot and their location is close to work and home. But after giving them so many chances, I think I have enough la! |
