Water: Moisten the soil, but not to soggy.
Water when dry to touch, empty excess water from the plant saucer.
Learn to judge the amount of water in the plant container by the heaviness
of the container.
When it feels light, give the plant some water.
If it feels heavy enough, do not water.
Do not allow the pot to stand in water,
as this can cause root rot. |
