Honestly, I hardly think any of the power is that usable in Vancouver either..!  Everytime I come back to Vancouver..I was telling my wife..argh..I really want to come back for the foods, and stuffs.. ...

at least vancouver doesnt have speeding camera every 100 meters, a valentine one will do the job avoiding the cops
maybe you need to go to farther places, just HWY#91 is a good place to use up all the power of the GTR
