time to buy China's yuan ?

for long term, Chinese Yuan will be up.  the problem right now is, we cannot buy it in Vancouver.... it is not open for international trade yet.
but I already told my relatives to get some Yuan instead of US.    of course, not putting everything in one basket.  but should be a major one in the basket.
