佢無錯wor，因為佢覺得佢自己以經keep住左佢個promise，吾洗你叫，所以應該加s ，加s就變成事實

If you want very formal written English, there should be a comma between "Bow Tie" and "keep"; and there should be an exclamation mark at the end of the whole sentence. But now they're playing with slogan, they could say anything la.

That is just a slogan / phase. It doesn't have to follow a formal sentense struction.
People say "Bow Tie, Fxck you". They won't say "Bow Tie !! I Fxck you."

英語中的指令句，又稱「imperatives」，根據英國文化協會係網站上的文法解說，通常係指示別人應該做什麼、發出指示或建議，例如「Come in and sit down, please」等。這種句式較少有主詞，但有時為咗清晰說明邊個係說話對象，有時都會加上名詞，例如「Mary come here - everybody else stay where you are」、「Somebody answer the phone」。

睇完英國文化協會的解釋和例句，誰是誰非都應該好清楚。不過，煲呔喺下午傳媒吹風會上，就改咗個質疑，繼續話嗰句文法有誤，話如果唔加標點，全句應該改為「Bow Tie Keeps His Election Promise」，意思係肯定佢履行咗選舉承諾，如果係想鬧佢，就應該寫成「Bow Tie, Keep Your Election Promise」。

曾蔭權今早為自己昨日指泛民英文標語文法出錯一說開脫，他表示，只是與他們開玩笑，希望泛民支持他。

曾蔭權今早在電台峰煙節目中表示，他昨日指泛民紙牌標語「Bow Tie Keep Your Election Promise」，其中「Keep」漏了一個「s」字，是與他們開玩笑。

他笑說，自己是明白他們的意思的，但如果他們在「Keep」字加上「s」，即是陳述他遵守承諾，這就能變成對他的支持。

曾蔭權又指，泛民可在「Bow Tie」後加一個逗號或感歎號，或將「Bow Tie」一字，放在句尾，令意思更清楚。

曾蔭權昨讀施政報告期間，其中一次拿起杯飲水時，望覑泛民的紙牌標語，突然喃喃自語，指標語的英文文法錯了，「英文第三身單數動詞應該有s」，所以個「keep」字應該要有「s」。

會後公民黨湯家驊與民主黨主席何俊仁均指這句是「command」（指令句），動詞不需要加「s」，並抨擊曾蔭權「自暴其短」。

想要改成泛民支持的意思，keep除了要加s外，還要將your改成his才成。

Regardless of whether he is innocent in this CFL bulb scandal, the fact of the matter is, the public has already handed him a guilty verdict.

At best, the oversight was unintentional, and he simply failed to abide by the self declaration protocol with which he is supposed to adhere to. That alone would cause the public to question and doubt his ability in other policy matters. At worst, he purposely pushed for/approved the policy, and that kind of greed would provide more than enough cause for a resignation. In fact, if you go back to recent history, the nature of this was quite similar to the Lexus-buying incident that brought down the ex-finance minister, Leung Gum Chung.

Will Bowtie develop another foot/leg pain and step down? With only 2 years left to go in Bowtie's term, and given all the power-struggle and in-fighting that is going on in the CCP for Boss Hu's successor, I really don't think Grandfather has the time nor attention to sort out this matter. So all that will happen is, the Bowtie administration will continue to be a crippled sitting duck government that can't get anything done at all, and the people of HK will continue to suffer.
