

There are no man-made laws that prohibits a car from running only 2 snow tires (usually on the drive wheels), but common sense dictates this is something you should do.

Your Autoplan coverage would still be valid in the event of a claim, but the difference in size could affect how fault is determined.
You could also be subject to possible motor vehicle fines if you don't meet the requirements set out in Divisions 7.161 and 7.162 of the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations; you can find unofficial versions of these divisions on the Queen's Printer's website at http://www.bclaws.ca/Recon/docum ... 04.xml#section7.161

I only changed 2 tires, since it was special .. then next day, all snow melt, nice and warm again... so I had to chance back to summer tire ...
