Bring to any branch of BENZ since there is no BENZ in Hong Kong.

Talked to Blenz, they only have esspresso that made from fresh ground bean and brew immediately for each order.
I'm looking for regular coffee that brew from fresh ground bean in store.

The only  difference between an espresso and regular fresh brewed coffee is the amount of water used.
i.e.  7 gm of coffee ground to order plus 90 ml fresh drawn water =  60 ml  espresso
7 gm of coffee ground to order plus 280 ml fresh water = 250 ml  fresh brewed coffee
I know many places use espresso roast coffee for Vietnamese style French drip coffee

I am not someone know much about coffee. However, doesn't every coffee shop offer the type of coffee you looking for?

If you order "Americano" or "Canadiana" (it is Americano but it is called differently for a Canadian name), they will first make espresso from the freshly ground coffee bean and add water to fill up the cup (200 - 250 ml maybe). And it should be the one you are looking for.

Agree. I think Americano is the closes to "即係沖出來杯咖啡,杯面上有些泡個種".  The "泡" is prob crema of the espresso.

is the person looking for fresh brewed coffee or latte art???

I use an electric espresso maker, fresh brewed coffee anytime I crave for good coffee but no time for line up

I think fresh brew coffee. But I've heard good things about 49th Parallel. (and I care less for latte art)

Latte art takes time, and I usually do not have the time to wait for.
And I do not usually take so much milk in my coffee, Macciatto  is more to my taste.

Try the coffee of Either Cup at No.3 Rd (opposite to Richmond Centre).  The coffee art is brilliant, too.

if you want award-winning, locally roasted espresso:

i get my caffeine fix from these two places.

I've heard of this place many times but never tried it, just wondering is that your favorite?

You should switch to Starbucks Via.

I never learn to appreciate Starbuck.
BTW, the Canadian sole distributor of Japanese Matcha is a Chinese merchant
from Hong Kong.

It is a wholesale company, it owns the Do brand matcha and organic green tea product line
and the Infuse/Muzi  Matcha Tea House franchise.  Matcha is much better for human compare to coffee.

ever tried the matcha at argo in yaletown?

they emphasize on organic stuff..probably not having the same source as everyone else...

also the barista is a japanese lady...probably know how to brew matcha better....

Nah, Matcha is good but it is always over-priced.
I get some decent organic first picked matcha and brew it myself.
It costs me $35 for 40 gm. works out to be $1 per day. I'm not going to dish out $18 for a shot

1. It perk you up, but unlike caffeine that would give you a coffee rush and hyper, it  releases slowly  over 4 hour period.
2. Natural anti-oxident property to improve immune system, anti-aging
3. Very high in Vitamin C,  1 serving of Matcha would be equivilent to 30 oranges
4. Lower chloresterol and blood pressure
5. It does not stain your teeth nor give you bad breath
6. You do not add cream and sugar to it, so cut down on calorie intake.
And it is all natural, you do not physical get addicted to it, but you might
