果日迷途去左馬家莊食飯, 感覺有點怪, 西式又唔係, 中式又唔掂, 座位又窄, 餐牌又古靈精怪, 價錢都幾高, 服務唔駛講啦, 鬼叫自己迷途, 真係下下之選.

It was a Greek style pizza restaurant for some 20 years, then they tried to convert to Hong Kong Style Cafe but did
not generate enough business to survive.
When the new owner took over, they tried to feature the menu from all 3 different format.
The dining room layout was inherited from the Greek restaurant, now bet on your luck.

最離奇係日日有收音機廣告﹐但日日去都唔開門﹐到底仲有無做生意架﹖

舊馬家莊在域多利街，專做回民食品，據講老閭個老婆是九龍城清真牛肉館個女，所做的牛肉餅比「清真」還好，兩三年前結業，但在一年前在原址重開。發覺跟以前大有分別，中西餐甚至連豬都有得食！味道認真麻麻，最近又搬了去京士威，呢間店相信是用了人家的舊招牌，出品只是普通貨式，不值幫襯。

I sit down around ?? ( I can not remember the time) and they servciced me glass of hot tea. After 2-3 minutes of reading the menu, we try to place order , then the server said the restaurant is going to close in 35 minutes, but you can still eat after. WTH, 35 minutes to order, cocking and eat ?

LYK, if you go with your wife, what will you do ?

their old location was on victoria drive. the most memorable item to me was their "beef biscuit". or maybe they call it "beef bun" instead.

from time to time, i hear their ad from am1470, in brenda's show in the early afternoon.
