無業漢扮「密探」騙8女財色
稱事主被父迷姦要「身體檢查」 2009年12月17日

【明報專訊】深圳揭發一宗港漢騙財騙色案。55歲無業漢訛稱醫生及「政府秘密組織」成員，以女事主曾受父親迷姦這個極其荒誕的理由，欺騙年輕女子到深圳接受其「身體檢查」，居然連番得手，8名港女不僅向他奉上50萬港元，其中4女更失身於他。港漢去年底在深圳落網，前日被判囚19年。

去年深圳落網判囚19年

只有初中程度的55歲香港男子沈國強，前日被廣州鐵路運輸法院以詐騙、強姦兩罪判處有期徒刑19年，並處罰金人民幣10萬元。據悉，案中被騙8人均是年輕香港女子，部分人更具高學歷。

案情透露，沈國強先假冒醫生及「政府某秘密組織」成員，通過電話聯繫年輕女子，在電話中極盡唬人之能事：他會說該女子的父親患有癌症並曾迷姦她，因此要求事主加入其所屬「組織」接受監管，由「監管醫生」(即其本人)對她進行身體檢查，並提取性分泌物檢查，以確定事主是否仍繼續被性侵犯，否則報警。

來電自稱「威爾斯醫院陳醫生」

調查發現，首宗案件事發2002年6月中旬，一對姊妹阿英(化名)和妹妹阿敏(化名)在家中接到一名自稱「沙田威爾斯醫院陳醫生」的電話，稱她們的父親曾迷姦她們。「陳醫生」表示政府有一個特殊組織負責處理被家人性侵犯的案件，將通過一系列措施保護被害人的權益。該組織要求對她們實行監管，檢查費每人每月 400元至2500元不等，如不接受監管會直接報警。

2002年7月某天，阿英與妹妹在深圳火車站附近一間酒店接受「陳醫生」的檢查，阿英還與「陳醫生」發生了性行為。此後她們每個月給沈檢查費800港元，共12個月，直到翌年7月「陳醫生」表示「結案」才停止，但姊妹已被騙9600元。阿英事後稱，她當時心裏很不好受，壓力很大，但為了保護自己，為了不再受父親侵害而被迫接受這種「檢查」，否則絕對不會讓沈得手。

7年騙50萬 4女失身

自 02年至08年12月，6年內沈國強頻繁地對8名港女進行每月例行的「身體檢查」，除每次除收取400港元至2500港元不等的「檢查費」，還以檢查身體的名義與4名港女多次發生性關係，還編造手機丟失、做生意失敗等借口讓港女給他買手機、支付律師費、冷藏費，得手財物共計33萬餘港元、人民幣17萬餘元。

至去年12月29日10時許，沈誘騙另一年輕港女到深圳火車站大酒店開房時，民警發現他們形舻可疑，上前查問時女子稱沈為她進行身體檢查，每次收取費用港幣2000元；沈稱自己收了錢，但並非醫生，民警覺可疑，遂將兩人帶回派出所審查，結果揭發該宗匪夷所思的騙財騙色案。

is her father abuse her before? why these girls don't trust their fathers. i don't get it.

Are they that stupid? Something's wrong here, 8 girls got taken in, some of them highly educated too. What's the incentive for those girls? On some level they must know it's wrong yet they keep coming back for more, like drinking and smoking, people know it's wrong but it's addictive and enjoyable. And so do those girls enjoy being examined, probed, touched, felt, stimulated and sex of course, the thrill of doing it with a stranger, the anticipation of excitement and pleasure. They could be naive enough to fall for his tricks the first time but coming back for second and more, and paying for it too, I don't think so. You can only be fooled the first time, after that you're only fooling yourself or just pretending so you can claim innocence later. I think they basically pay for his duck service.
