近Kingsway “X視眼鏡”, 此店用中國鏡片. 鏡架冒充日本貨欺騙顧客. 我在年初的時候在此店為小孩配眼鏡(有Care Card 資助). 店主告知只有60元的資助額, 但最近才知道應該是118元. 此事巳轉介到有關部門調查. 請各位朋友要小心此黑店 !!!

they dont get any benefit out of making this lie to you tho. they would want the higher amount because they get rebated by government anyway

Maybe they said $60, charge carecare for $118, so they would make an extra $58- Make total sense to me!!

If you're low income, then you will qualify for this. Check the CareCard website for more info.

Of coz they do. They told me they could mail it in for me then I don't need to pay that amount at that time. I just paid them whatever the total was and then deducted that coverage from CareCard($58 店主告知 but actully is $118). That means they just made it up the receipt and earn the difference. What are LIAR?

Yes, I know but the thing is they told me that's 日本貨 and charged me the higher price for that. At the end, what I got was 中國鏡片. You know 中國鏡片 are always way cheaper then 日本鏡片. If I know I will get the 中國鏡片 anyways, then I don't have to pay for that expensive.

Now I get it ..

It is very rare to sell MADE IN JAPAN 鏡片 or 鏡架 here anyway .. or VERY VERY VERY expensive .. (more then made in italy or germany)..

I will suspect if someone from a glasses shop tells me he is selling MADE IN JAPAN 鏡片 or 鏡架 here ..

藝視 had japanese 鏡片 & 鏡架 before, not sure they still have them. yes they are even more expensive than some german brands. so we didn't go for it.

oh, thanks, i didn't know msp covers the glasses too. good to know

我兩年多前也曾經在此店配了一雙眼鏡。一開始老闆告訴我鏡片是加拿大製造，但在半年前發覺鏡片開始變黃；Coating 又開始脫落。因我帶眼鏡已經有20年，從來沒有試過有這個情況出現。未知是否質量有問題，還是我的用法有問題！

我曾經唔小心整花眼鏡片(唔係名牌鏡片),店員說有廠方有保用期一年.幫我換了一對鏡.不過要比20元labor and handling charge.加拿大是有日本nikon pentax 等鏡片,不過是made in canada我太窮買唔起.
反正平野一樣有保用,度數一年後又深.留噃Ｄ錢下次用.
如果家庭收入很低政府每兩年對每人有大概110津貼,拿care card 問店員就知.低收入家庭買藥也平的或免費的.

舊年我響RICHMOND某 I 字頭眼鏡店買一副日本木紋架, 連鏡片加幣三舊 (仲響晒話熟人五折價, 佢老X副所謂超薄鏡片又重又厚, 做錯鏡片換過兩次之後都仲有一邊FOCUS上下掉轉); 點知番到香港見到 EXACTLY 同一副架都係賣三舊, 不過係港幣, 仲要有7折, 即係HK$210.00. 可知溫哥華眼鏡店食水有幾深...
BTW, 香港D超薄鏡真係薄過加拿大D好多...
奉勸各位要買眼鏡, 有機會都係番香港買好; 我發覺大部份日本架去到溫哥華之後都MARK UP 到一個瘋狂價位, 尤其係標榜"HAND MADE" 果D...

Just out of curiosity, how can you tell the difference between 中國鏡片 and 日本鏡片? Is there anything that I should be aware of to tell the difference?

If it is a brand name 鏡片, you should barely see the brand name on the lense. Japanese 鏡片 is more lasting in usage and not easy to get scratch and etc....You guys should know how things made in CHINA!!! Once you know that item is made in CHINA, what's in your mind?

我都去過嚟間嘢!

原本我都唔知有津貼嘅, 到我去咗呢間嘢先知.

早前我同個女去睇眼鏡, 可能睇得耐咗D,睇睇吓個老細問我係唔係低收入. 話低收入政府有津貼, 仲問我攞我個女張carecard打電話去唔知幫我check乜. 打完就話我有津貼. (開頭都幾開心,可以慳噃D).但係最後覺得佢D款個女話唔多啱...好舊,就走咗. 之後去咗第二間睇中咗一副, 但當個sales幫我check完後話我已經用咗個津貼. 我即刻打去問Joyce間嘢問. 果條友話佢已經hold咗我個女張carecard個津貼. 話我一定要返去佢喥買先用得. *我火都黎埋!* 我同佢講佢D款唔啱, 佢就叫我搵朋友去用左我個津貼.

真係黑店….
請問有冇人知我可以去邊投訴

Pro, friendly enviroment and guarantee on products , yes its truth little bit expensive but worth.
