Anyone using one? Which one is better?

As far as I know, only BMO, TD, CIBC &RBC currently offer USD CC, which one is better?

OR anyone prefer open an USD bank account in States?

I just use TD .. but need to pay yearly fee ... I think ..

yeah, no free USD CC now. cheapest one is BMO, $25.

I'm thinking about open an bank account in US, since I buy and sell on Ebay.

TD US Visa is free if you open US account with minimum balance. Then the annual fee would be waived.

TD USD Visa is 39 dollars a year, the fee is waived if you open a US Dollar account. That account you need to have 3000 in there or else you have to pay 4 dollars a month in monthly fees…
