Need to file tax for my wife & myself. Need some software decent to maximize my tax refund.

Quick tax Standard has pretty decent RRSP optimizer function.

ufile is extremely quick and user friendly...i highly recommend it. quicktax had a software glitch a few years ago causing delays and missing information.

don't you ufile, if you know how to do a tax return. it doesn't allow you to skip steps, cost so much time

今年也是買了 QUICKTAX﹐ STAPLES 買﹐ $39。99 + TAX = $44 左右。

去年諗過下載﹐因為 QUICKTAX 不斷寄信叫我用網上版﹐但係未用過始終唔放心。。。網上的好似平一半。。。

不知不覺都用了超過 5 年了﹐ SO FAR 都無咩問題﹐幾滿意

No, you download it, then file it through netfile online. 真的免費, yes.

The tax optimization is weak though, but for ppl with simple tax to file, it's fine.

studio tax has a professional version which they sell for money and is for tax preparer.

Like ACC-HE said, studio tax does not have good optimization and some more expensive one can get you more return if your return is complicated.

linux is another operating system like windows but it's open sourced so people know what's going on in the systems.

good thing about open sourced is that many people can contribute to develop.
