Where can i find good and not salty eel 糊 ?
I had already tried:

旺 -- too salty

客滿庭 -- put too much corn starch

一只鼎-- not bad but too oily

白玉蘭-- taste like stired fried eel

shanghai moon-- so so

it's IMO

Try Yee Wor Yuen on W. Broadway( I had it few months ago excel. but quiet costly...... but don't know how's the food taste now) U can have a try

I agree, the other dishes are not good, but their Eel is ok.

yes, they open for lunch.

please don't have high hope though, I'm not saying it's the best, I just find it okay, ordered it a few times.

art of food tasting is, never have high expectation, be prepared to be surprised, presently or not. It tasted ok to me, but in terms of Eel tasting you seem to know what you're looking for, and that's your personal preference. So there's no way I can say, they'll be tasty to you.
