人保部門最新統計資料顯示，2010年全國高校畢業生為630萬人，比2009年的611萬多19萬人，就業形勢非常嚴峻。
在 2000年時，全國高校畢業生只有107萬人，2001和2002年分別為114萬和145萬人。2003年，畢業生人數首次突破200萬人，達到212 萬人；之後平均每年都要增長50至60萬人，2009年首次突破600萬人(達到611萬人)，今年則增至630萬人。據《濟南日報》報道，人保部門表示，2009年高校畢業生就業率為87%，今年將力爭使2010屆高校畢業生離校時初次就業率達到70%左右，當年底總體就業率達到80%以上。考慮到畢業生的就業單位層次和畢業生群體龐大的現實，實現這樣的目標有一定難度，高校畢業生就業仍是所有就業群體中就業的難點。人保部門預計今年城鎮就業供求缺口仍在1200萬左右。
今年就要大學畢業孟超，面對眼前的就業形勢，「能做的就是不斷給自己充電」，孟超說，在這個寒假，減少和同學、朋友相聚的時間，也放棄一些休閒娛樂的時間，留在家或者泡在書店裏看些專業方面的書，「我現在僅是會使用電腦，這個假期要從電腦組裝、編程、維修等方面系統學習下，真正把電腦應用變成自己的一項技能。」
為促進畢業生就業，今年還將啟動2010年高校畢業生就業推進行動，包括崗位拓展計劃、創業引領計劃、就業服務與援助計劃，同時做實「三年百萬」高校畢業生就業見習計劃，對高校畢業生就業會給予較大扶持。人保部門表示，隨著研究生和國家公務員錄取工作結束，春節後至6月將持續出現畢業生求職高峰，人才市場的就業壓力很大。
藍皮書：建統一人力資源市場
中國社會科學院日前也發布《2009年中國經濟形勢分析與預測》指出，建設統一的人力資源市場是大勢所趨。
藍皮書指出，勞動力市場和人才市場的劃分法受蘇聯模式影響。計劃經濟時期，工人、官員調配分口管理，在計劃經濟向市場經濟轉型過程中形成勞動力、人才兩個市場。整合的意義在於提高政府效能，提高市場的人力資源配置效率。
據新華網消息稱，藍皮書說，影響建立統一規範的人力資源市場的因素主要是觀念。促進人力資源市場發展必須加大開放的力度和加強有效的監管。人力資源市場服務最理想的境界就是「人盡其才、才盡其用」。

now that china  has built an education system

now china need to build a modern employment system
its not enough just to copy the kind that's found in  north america,  europe , japan
hongkong, singapore , india

it must be something better, something that gives power to the graduates not the
capitalists

  in order words , the hundred years old revolution, the revolution  to build a modem
china has yet to begun

  forward, comrades
you are the chidrens of a new china, now grow up and be the father of a new new china
build a work system that will give you the power to change the world
  keep on learning and take over the world

the revolutions continue, old revolutionaries may be forgotten,  but the revolutionary fire has not died
work that are just as important , just as hard  awaits the new generation of revolutionaries
with the help of the internet, we can try our best
as you know, maanmo is preparing to learn brain surgery on the web
( thanks to the education system of hongkong and canada ) are we
are all my brothers ready to join the revolution?

by the way, maanmo is on the revolutionary road ,  ahead of my younger brothers,

盲目發展教育只會造成嚴重資源浪費同製造社會不安。
還好大陸正積極發展高科技產業﹐經濟還在高速增長﹐看來還撐得下去﹐否則就會好似香港o甘--大學教育既質同量與社會實際需要脫節﹐造成大學生結構性失業(其實很多西方國家也面對同樣問題)
