If you are referring to South side of the mall, i.e. close to Sears side, the store owner mentioned that side of the mall is going to have renovation, so RC 'kick' the stores out until later this year...

Richmond Center shuffle the stores around all the time, I am not suprise many of them will be closed forever after the lease is expired.

many stores on that side close to sears are closed already and they are currently empty right now. some stores are doing renos. some are moving within rc. some have moved out of rc.
