The most less fat of all, so called Reduced fat or low fat, has 15% (by mass) trans fat in it.

The sandwiches are made from the CLS (with exception from the airport SBUX ones).

Pastries sold in the lower mainland are made two days before arriving to the local stores.
Baked by four or more bakeries in the lowermainland ( i knew four of them).
Packed and shipped to the local HFS North America warehouse for night distribution for the next day opening.

I always felt that the banana loaf from Blenz is so much better than the one from Starbucks...

if you are in the area (Broadway and Ash), try the muffins or bake goods from Alysian Coffee. I had it once and it's sooo good. freshly baked everyday.

is it just me? but I find starbucks food really not good at all. Their baked items are either tastely or hard.

It's not just you. I .... hate starbucks... drink or food.

I don't remember when I started to hate it... prob when I found out that my beloved macchiato is a tall syrup drink there....
