Cuz my company blame on me and try to fire me and who listen to the lady who racism discrimations. I got evidence to prove I am right.

in your case, you don't need a lawyer yet. you can report to wcb?!? a government agency can help you, since it is due to racism.

The one who hate Chinese is employee who work there for 30 years and got high seniority at the company, even the head manager listen to her. She always pick on Chinese at work. I am not the only one, but I am the only one always fight back to her.

Talk to your HR, I am sure any of the big company have HR department to deal with things like that (which would help you rather then standing on your manager side), you dont want to goto lawer directly specially going against a big co-operation.

seriously, what kind of evidence do you have?

if you want to keep the job, go to HR. if you want the $, go to a lawyer and sue the company.

WCB is for injuries and violation of safety code.

You may be able to get some assitance (at least some advice) from the Employment Standard Board. It has Richmond branch and Chinese service (if you need it). Here is the link: http://www.labour.gov.bc.ca/esb/
