世博推廣歌曲《2010等你來》著作權存紛爭停用

核心提示：上海世博會事務協調局新聞發言人17日表示，世博局已經關注到上海世博會倒計時30天推廣歌曲《2010等你來》的作曲著作權存在紛爭，並稱其並非上海世博會主題歌曲，上海世博局已決定暫停使用該作品。

新華網上海4月18日電上海世博會事務協調局新聞發言人１８日證實，世博局已經關注到上海世博會倒計時３０天推廣歌曲《２０１０等你來》的作曲著作權存在紛爭，為慎重起見，上海世博局已決定暫停使用該作品。

該新聞發言人說，上海世博會組織者高度重視知識產權保護工作，《２０１０等你來》於２００４年經公開徵集和專家評審，入選世博優秀歌曲。今年，該歌曲經修改後被確定為上海世博會倒計時３０天階段性推廣歌曲，並非上海世博會主題歌曲。按照世博會歌曲徵集的相關法律程序，該作品的詞曲作者均與上海世博局簽署了協議，承諾作品係原創並不侵害第三方權益。

此前有媒體披露，《２０１０等你來》與日本一名歌手創作的《就想這樣跟你在一起》的旋律非常相似。
