真係興奮
又到DINE OUT 又到DINE OUT
大傢有冇D好介紹??

我今年誓要食到WEST
所以我19號淩晨12點20分已經去BOOK位
開心開心聽聞口碑好好

跟住就幫我哥BOOK CIN CIN
佢都係聽聞唔錯

我嘎介紹
上年食過C餐廳
唔錯值得一試
跟住仲食左BOAT HOUSE
講真
嘛嘛咯 OK嘎總體來講夠大因為比較C真的好細好細塊

I booked Yew. Not sure what else is good. Actually a lot of restaurants did they own "special menu" last month as "post olympic" promotion. (e.g. DB Bistro had a cheaper set menu now running before the dine out starts)

I went to both "West" and "C Restaurant" twice for dine out...their food on dine out menu is just so so...don't give urself too much hope because u will be disappointed...You can try Lift Restaurant because both of its food and environment are very good...

I went to West LONG time ago at non-dine out dinners and it was very good.
Went to C twice for dine out and all bad experience. (I went with lower expectation the 2nd time and still bad @@)
For Lift, I found their food not that great but they do have a good view if the weather is good. (It was pouring rain when I went and it was a regular dinner so may be DOV menu can be better)

Well, Market is the one to "impress" someone... I guess but I've never tried them. I think you need to be dressed up for Market. Their DOV menu is okyee but my friends said their regular tasting menu was good.

West is over-rated, esp since they changed exec Chef a few years ago. Went last year non-Dine-out. Service is poor, food is definately not there, not for the price anyways.

I think I'm skipping Dine-out this year other than friend invites on group dinners (if any). Or unless my gf insists.

l'altro buca should be good. I just miss Parkside (@ the same location) too much to go there now.

The menu ($18) for Bistro 101 looks good but too bad they are fully booked already.

Is that a hint or some sort BG? haha.

they WERE good , last couple time not so impressed, especially the last time, everyone in our party of 8 was disappointed, so salty, we thought that they added salt on top on soy sauce!!! their meat dish had soy sauce in it as mentioned in the menu.

I booked Griffins hotel Vancouver, the menu is pretty good and heard that is not bad...

actually a lot of western restaurants are using chinese ingredients now, which of course includes soy sauce !!!
even ROB FEENIE is using it.
