地報道是得到香港警方協助，但香港警方發言人指暫未接獲上述車禍報告，亦不評論個別案件...

Yes careless mom is responsible for that too.... I have seen so many moms walking with the stroller+baby on the road near the curb where cars are turning right. Accidents can be avoided if pedestrians know what they are doing.
