I prefer banks with no fees, and I still go to branch for deposit.

Yes Machine is good and fast. I never have problem with ATM even deposited large amount like 1000+. I believe all ATM transactions will be checked by "a person" later on. In fact they caught an error for me otherwise I would have lost some money. I deposited a US check in CDN account... hehe.

I prefer to do everything on counter.  

I would like to add "fast service" too.  I do not like HK bank because I usually had to wait for a long time.  Every tellers take time to help each clients.

你一定係講緊麗晶那家分行了。。。那是 TRAINING BRANCH呢﹐我發過好多TELLER 咩都唔識﹐兼且慢﹐掛住同D客聊天。。。如果我唔趕時間就帶本小說慢慢排﹐趕時間就一定唔會去。。。

如果唔係存入現金或者買money order/bank draft﹐免得過我都唔去搵 teller。噤機/上網快好多﹐又有confirmation print out﹐唔怕佢低賴。

I used ATM & Internet banking over 10 years, no problem so far, and I rarely use branch services. Line up in branch is really waste time & bank staff so stupid here If send them all to HK, I guarantee all fired >>>

看﹐是大勢所催。。。雖然話 LYK 只係華人社會﹐不夠代表性。。。但據我觀察﹐連西人也都會選擇不用付費兼高息的戶口如 PC & ING﹐所以 RBC 堅持話顧客意見調查顯示費用唔緊要﹐服務最緊要﹐係絕對絕對 BS。。。 看他們近期的改變﹐證明要向真正的民意低頭啦。。。如果他們再唔改﹐我D戶口都會馬上全部轉晒去唔使比費用的銀行啦。。。

My choice is not available, but to me it is accuracy. It is bad enough to deal with billing mistakes with phone companies, and it is a lot worse if it is a bank that we are talking about.

wah... ppl here are old school. only talk to teller if I have to. (e.g. getting US$)
btw Used to like Canada Trust but when TD took over.. they screw up the transition. I cancelled ALL my accounts there.
I am happy with RBC. They even credit back my monthly service fee.

I only go to the teller if i need to get big bill , coz RBC ATM only have $20's

I was force to use HSBC due to my previous job requires me to have an account there for money deposit (from hk)... Now, I'm just use it cause of the Direct Saving account. I don't use teller so It's never a really big problem for me...

If i have a chose thou... I'll go back to CIBC...

TD - ppl are nice, plus long hours (there are lots of things that you cannot do it thru ATM in Van, unlike HK)

I use BMO cos my bf and aunt work there. do everything over the phone, i don't have to visit the tellers at all.

TD Bank, 我鐘意佢既儲蓄計劃, 每用一次 debit 就o係checking戶口過 $5 去你 savings account....好似用夠100次送$200俾你 (冇留意....haha)...

其次係o的 staff 服務態度好好, 有問有答, even 佢地 close 之前 10 分鐘入去都照樣 serve 得你好好,  唔似其他銀行o的 teller, 下下趕住收工俾面色你睇, TD customer service 我俾5 out of 5

Bank hour - 有些 TD branch hour 收 9pm, 好方便, 放工唔駛趕頭趕命去銀行, 唔似得有D銀行, 你放 5 點時佢都係放 5 點!!
