我有把SHUN刀今個禮拜唔知幾時BUN鬼咗個TIP，尋晚比我發現，真係肉赤死我。。。

HUNNIE話買過把，DUM咗把舊的。自己又唔捨得，話哂都仲用得，只係唔"靚仔"了。。。依家買又唔係有PROMOTION／折。。。咁，為咗慳錢，我唯有遲D先買返把嚟REPLACE返，等我SET野"靚仔"返啦。唉。。。。。
我知唔係稱得上係好好嘅架餐，不過我真係幾鍾意架，呢排可能更年期啦，為咗把刀BIT咗兩滴眼淚。唉～我一入廚房，個心就會UN住UN住。。

有冇人知道，有冇得補救，例如SEND返廠ETC？（雖然我覺得冇架喇不過想問吓

）

B仔 always remember me when she has problem.
Well, back to the topic, you can find a good knife-sharpening person to
re-grind the knife-tip if it is not longer than 10% of the blade length.
However, it is not going to be cheap.
Or, you can find a metal shop to do the grinding for you, I have all the
tools to do the fine finishing.
A Shun costs $120-$160, the labour would costs $50 easily.

SOME叔，
咁我信得過你PRO嘛～所以有關廚房野，問吓你意見先囉～我嗰陣SET野係係HOUSE OF KNIVES 做REGISTRY，人地送比我。咁我係咪拿返去嗰度就得？定係要去邊度搵KNIFE GRINDER／METAL SHOP架？

羊羊，
我SET野都有支磨刀野。。。
不過因為係BUN咗個尖，所有用嗰個冇用架。

You can try to take it back to House Of Knives and ask for a quote first.
The horning steel is to re-align the "teeth" on the blade, not really sharpening.
I have 2 diamond grind sharpening machines, Ultra-fine diamond stone
etc to do detail works on fine knives which I treasure.

Post a pic of the chipped knife.

My brother has those fine, ultra fine, diamond stone sticks, but he is even hardcore than that and have been using leather, etc...to do even more fine detail.

All his knives can split hair into 3+ threads.
