早排話7月尾﹐但到而家仲未有得pre-order或者任何消息﹐留左名係dealer,到時都唔知有冇﹖ 不過美國Consumer Reports 話唔推介﹐心情好矛盾﹐整個bumper又姐住佢好正既銀邊﹐有冇人知道若果用最普通個種透明case可唔可以過善接收?

iPhone 4 has a design flaw - the antenna. It's a hardware fault, no software can fix it.

If US has problem with reception, Canada will not be any better.

Yes! Agree! That is why, my wife is always laughing at me ... lmore then 3 yr ... using iphone .. and some other SE phones I bought.. I dont know how to use them now!!

Apple service is good, but since Apple is well known to have many problem .. everytime go to Apple store .. more then ~ 50 people are waiting for fix this and that ... kind of dumb ..

I don't remember Appleactively recalling anything, the following are recent major repair extensions:

- iMac G5 power issue (logic board and PSU)
- 2006 to 2008 Macbook batteries
- Macbook Pro w/ nVidia 8600M GT (logic board)
- White+Black Macbook cracking (top case and LCD bezel)
- 2006-2007 Macbook hard drives
- Time Capsule

All of the above are fixed on failure and is effective from 3 years from date of purchase.

According to Apple's press conference today:

Meanwhile, the company is pushing forward with its international rollout of the handset and will be launching the iPhone in 17 more countries on July 17th -- the same 17 it promised previously with the exception of South Korea.

Yes, apple's shares have dropped in anticipation of troubles ahead, but that precisely gives the stock a bit of room to go up in the short term.

How do you know most users don't complain or maybe it's just you who don't complain? For myself, I wouldn't complain if the problem is small, but if it affects my everyday life then I will for sure!

If you complain to a small potato company then it might be useless, but in this case it's Apple. They want to maintain every bit of their good reputation. Complaining is not useless but you need to know the proper ways to complain otherwise you will be ignored.

dealer啱啱call我﹐叫我聽日去做定paper work先﹐星期5可以即刻出機﹐不過佢要我認承唔可以因為天線原因要求退貨﹐因為我成日跌機落地﹐係唔係都會買硬個case,天線門對我影響唔大

出左機啦! free case 要download 個 app 跟住落order, 3-5 星期寄到﹐有Belkin clear case 揀tim。最神奇係用death grip方法拎住﹐一0的事都冇﹐無試過drop call,網上research 過﹐其中一個理由可能係rogers siganl 夠強﹐另外australia newspaper 有過記者報導過﹐佢用當地幾個網絡測試過﹐用death grip 咁hold部機法﹐又係冇事﹐真係到而家都唔知係乜問題

要是我contract可以renew，我也考虑花159弄一个，但是650是不可能了

iphone 2代是一个推进，有进步是好的

iphone 3让顾客群发觉，apple故意将很多功能“漏”设置了，慢慢一代一代加上去来做卖点

iphone 4，两字，装B，不用粗口骂apple都不行了

Apple confirmed user complaints about reception problems with the new iPhone 4, cautioning that signal degradation might occur if users gripped the bottom-left corner of the device in a certain way.

Apple's official advice was to avoid holding the unit in way that covers both sides of the black strip in the metal band. Or, the company suggested, go out and buy "one of many available cases."

The iPhone 4's two antennas are built into the steel band on the exterior of the device. The one running on the left side of the phone is for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, while the one on the right is for cellular reception. For left-handers, that means they'll likely grip the phone differently than right-handed people.

But in an e-mail to a customer, CEO Steve Jobs seems to have a slightly different take on the affair.

"There is no reception issue. Stay tuned," he wrote in a response to a user who wrote Jobs directly.

Jobs' one-liner appears to contradict his earlier advice where he advised a user to "just avoid holding [his phone a particular] way." Apple did not reply for comment by the time this post went up.
