Wanted to try something new. I've never used Miso paste before, so why not be creative but can still remain lazy and fast!

1. Miso paste - 2 tbl sp
2. Mirin - 2 tbl sp
3. Sesame oil - 1 tbl sp
4. Dark soy sauce (optional. Just for coloring)
5. Sugar - 1 tbl sp
6. Wings - 1.5 lbs

Marinate the wings with the above for about 30 mins. Pan fried or baked.

This was for dinner with cold soba noodles
