and pick one you like best...

八百伴食堂有間corner位專賣咖喱﹐海南雞飯﹐做左好多年﹐幾正
告羅士打﹐唔錯﹐但份量唔夠﹐我覺得唔夠飽

八百伴's and 百達門 kindda the same to me. Mushy rice + super soft white chicken...

There is one on West Broadway, on the sound side of the street almost up to Alma that is really good. I think it is opened by a Chinese southeast Asian (Malay or Singaporean?), but I don't remember their name.

i like cafe d'lite before. Now, it still OK.... I think those from a Singapore restaurant on Robson was pretty good. But it folded already... forgot the name but it doesn't matter any more.
btw... I like the soft chicken version of 海南雞. free ranch chicken remind me too much of "princess chicken".For chicken rice, I like my own

Only made it once cos the amount of chicken fat I had to put in was scary...

Traditional speaking 海南雞 is boneless if you bear to the old method... People are getting lazy to pull the bones out (saving quite a bit of labour!)

I tried all mentioned above and recently I found one small shop of Malaysian Food in Crystal Mall
