　在發生死亡劫持事件全球一片抨擊聲中，香港影星成龍獨在推特上替菲律賓警方緩頰，馬拉坎南宮對此感到窩心，也希望其他香港民眾也能像成龍一樣，體諒菲律賓政府。

成龍在推特上以英文寫著，他願意在巴士挾持事件鬧得沸沸揚揚之際，向菲律賓人伸出友誼之手。他指出，「香港是多元種族的社會，別擔心，我們沒有憎恨。」

他說，「如果警方一開始就擊斃挾持者，人們會說，怎麼不先談判？但如果警方先談判，人們又會問，怎麼不早些殺了挾持者？令人難過。」

推特上還寫道，「這樣的事總是在世界上發生，它發生在香港人身上，全香港都在討論這件事，真的很令人難過。」

菲律賓總統府發言人陳顯達（Edwin Lacierda）今天在記者會上說，「謝謝你，成龍。我們希望香港的民眾也能像你一樣，向我們伸出友誼之手。」

陳顯達呼籲香港民眾冷靜，並且保證菲律賓政府會盡全力協助受害人的家屬。他說，「我們對悲劇也感到哀傷，請體諒我們的處境。」

外電報導，香港民眾因巴士挾持事件處理不當，對菲律賓政府感到憤怒。　

新浪娛樂訊北京時間8月26日消息，據香港媒體報導，8月23日香港遊客在菲律賓被槍殺，慘劇發生的第三天，香港人為遇難者哀悼並怒斥菲律賓警方無能。在抨擊聲中，這時候“大哥”成龍發話，向菲律賓伸出“友誼之手”。昨天(25日)他在Twitter對事件發表評論，有支持菲賓律警察之嫌。他說：“香港是多元種族的社會，別擔心，我們沒有憎恨。”成龍對菲律賓警方的體諒，令菲律賓政府很開心，但他也激起香港民憤。

　　被要求向受害者的家屬道歉

　　成龍的言論惹火了為血案遇難者哀傷的香港人，有人在網上留言喝罵成龍。問他有沒有勇氣向受害者的家屬再說一次他的話？要求他向受害者的家屬道歉。網民紛紛表態，說成龍沒資格代表香港人。成龍這個“親善大使”博得菲律賓政府就他伸出“友誼之手”表謝意，也惹得有人叫他“回去”菲律賓，香港不適合他。

　　向菲國伸出“友誼之手”

　　昨天(8月25日)成龍在Twitter表示回到香港知道菲律賓事件，他表示事件發生在香港人身上，而全香港也正在討論，令人難過。他還為菲律賓警方護航，說如果一開始擊斃挾持者會有人責問何不先談判；當警方先談判又會被責問為何不一早殺了挾持者。最後他表示香港是多元種族社會，別擔心，我們沒有憎恨。

　　成龍的言論立刻受到菲律賓總統府發言人陳顯達的贊同，在昨天(8月25日)記者會上說：“謝謝你，成龍。我們希望香港的民眾也能像你一樣，向我們伸出友誼之手。”

　　網民設群組聲討

　　無疑成龍對菲律賓警方的體諒，令菲律賓政府很開心，但他也激起香港民憤。成龍的言論隨即在網絡上瘋傳，Facebook隨即有“成龍指菲律賓警察延遲救人沒錯？成龍指香港人不憎恨菲律賓？”《成龍你不代表我》群組成立，短短數小時已超過1000人，贊同的人數不斷增加。

　　“沒資格代表香港人”

　　各討論區也有成龍言論的專題，對成龍裝作“代表”香港發表言論極為不滿，指他沒有資格代表香港人。有要求他向遇害者家人道歉，問他有沒有勇氣將他的說話向受害者家人說一次。有網民指成龍像這樣亂發表言論已不是第一次了，就像在別人臉上貼金，指他是在拍馬屁。

　　昨天(8月25日)資深傳媒人蕭若元在微博也立刻將成龍的“偉論”貼出來讓大家討論，網民加入討論還給他稱號“霸王龍”，也有指責他的言論可恥；比較冷靜的也拜托成龍不要發表言論。

　　蕭若元指出成龍言論的最大錯處

　　記者致電蕭若元，他表示成龍一向詞不達意，對事件了解不深便要發表言論，他需要聘請一名公關人員代發言。蕭若元指出成龍言論的最大錯處，他沒有為遇害者哀悼，沒有譴責菲律賓警方無能。他的話本來是想平衡這件事，但他根本不了解具體的情況。

　　問蕭若元如何解讀成龍？他回答：“這樣的事總會在這個世界上發生，它發生在香港人身上，全香港都在討論這件事，真的很令人難過。”他說也想問一問成龍，究竟他是為事件在香港人身上發生而難過？還是“這樣的事總是在世界上發生”，香港人大驚小怪，“全港都在討論”所以“令人難過”？

I am on jackie chan side.

and I argue that with my gf.
bus hostage incident happens every where every year. two years ago russia had one and many young children dies

just because the victim are from the negative POV nation where most ( i don't want to say is everyone, but...almost all) people do not look at the bright side, and thankful from that.

people including my mom, my gf, and other not so good friends only complaint and finger pointing.

for example, i volunteer on social services support. someone walks in-line and ask questions. not to mention this chinese lady disregard the sign about what the line is for. she asked an un-related topics, then i ask her go for another line. then she gets upset. fine. i help and tell her to bring SIN card and photo ID over the next day to fill a form. the next day she come with only photo ID. the next day, she come back to my line[the wrong line] and complaint and yell why can't i check her SIN# frm computer frm her ID. ever since she rise her voice. i tell her to go for other place which specialze these service. and refuse services.

Hk people should thanks the Philippines police the following
NOT just sit there and not comply to any of the gunner's requests and not take-on the bus.
Have the shooter killed,......becuase they can wait until he runs out of bullets wait until he surrender.

Everything can be a lot worse and no one thankful for that???

I have sympathy for those who died in the incident, but I don't think anyone want that to happen.

Bear in mind that people should not compare advanced civilization like HK or western countries to the poor third country. The police have to do what they have to do, corrution aside.

back to your example, this is totally your fault, you should tell the lady went back to the line at the first time. you let her cut in becuase she was upset and probably raise her voice? then she would do the same thing again in the future because it works.

I don't think people will blame on every situation. But the situation like this:
- the killing wasn't happen all of a sudden in the first minute
- took more than 10 hours until the first action
- use a big hammer to break into the bus without at least a ladder, they think piggy back works
- no need a professionally trained soldier or police, any reasonable normal person has better common sense than them
- and much more..............

So if all hostages got killed, we should still be glad because at least the police had took some actions rather than sitting at home. But sorry, I don't think like that.

Surely you can't be serious. HK People may thank the people of the Philippines, including the photographer who volunteered to be a hostage...but to the Philippines Police?

They did NOT do their job at all. They screwed up things big time in this case, even on basic item like securing the scene. How can they not surrounding the bus while this is going on? The reporters found out the situation in the bus, by greeting the bus driver as he escaped, before the police! (Source: BBC) It took them 40 minutes to stop the killer from the first shooting started.

You should review the case details and look beyond the title.

Philippines police should be ashamed on how unprofessional they have acted.

成龍發聲明致歉 (20:32)

成龍今日發聲明，為Twitter上撐菲律賓警方的言論作出澄清及道歉。

成龍先向受難者的家屬致哀，解釋是美國助手在翻譯時誤會了他的意思。他強調只說過不會因此事怨恨菲律賓人，認為必須追究菲警的指揮是否釀成悲劇的原因。
