如題，有人被謀殺過的房子是否最好不要碰，不論多便宜？

I don't think they have to disclose it by law in BC from my understanding (unlike HK). Personally if you worry about these things you can certainly try to do some research, which shouldn't be too difficult (unless you buy a 300 year old castle).

Miss C is very gutsy... I would buy it if it's cheap!

我个柏文鄰居早年俾人殺咗，第二年个单位就賣出咗咯，西人好似唔在乎！

Why not? Who can still remember what had happened after years? If your purchasing price is cheaper than usual, then you're likely to gain more in the future!

Cuz mostly is the seller feeling 身有屎 and set a lower price in order to sell the house asap.
If there are only two houses for sale, there is one house that someone got killed in the house (which you have no relation to that person) and the other has serious termite problem, which one would you choose?
