Be the first to Comment  0 Recommendation(s) VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - With the snowfall warning, TransLink is working hard this morning to keep things running. Attendants have been working at SkyTrain stations, de-icing equipment.

Trucks have been sent out, preventing ice from falling on trolley lines. Ice cutters will be used on the first few buses out of the yard later today.

TransLink is warning people there could be more changes to bus service. You're being asked to wear the appropriate clothing and footwear, as you might have to walk or wait longer than usual between buses.

Several bus routes have been affected this morning:

- Buses #319 & #312, which would normally go to Scott Road Station, are now going to Surrey Central due to conditions on Scott Road.

- Bus #20 is only going as far as 54th Avenue Loop on Victoria. It is not attempting the hill to Harrison Loop and so far, no shuttle bus is in place.
