The guarantor requirement has changed few months ago. Anyone who has a Canadian passport can be a guarantor. And for renew passport, you don't need a guarantor anymore.

我是否只需要填寫現在持有的 citizenship card 個# 就可以了? 因為 instruction 有句:
CERTIFICATE OF CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP

1. just write hong kong at city...leave the other two blank
2. yup put the number from your small citizenship card...but you also need the big thing because it tells you when you become a canadian citizen

oh...i thought there is a place that you can fill in the date that you become a canadian citizen...and thats printed on the large ceremonial certificate
